Privacy policy

The Airline Sports & Social Club Incorporated takes your privacy seriously. We collect personal information to facilitate the administration of the Club, compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our obligations under the Incorporated Society and other government authorities.

This information is obtained directly from you through your membership applications, holiday home reservations and registration to Club activities. The Club is required to maintain up-to-date membership records and requests members to notify the Club of changes to their contact details.

The Club is committed to protecting the security of your personal information and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure its confidentiality and prevent the improper disclosure, loss or misuse of personal information. Access to personal information is available only to the Club’s Administrator, Executive Committee Members and Committee Members on a “need to know” basis.

The Club may from time-to-time share accounts of its activities with photographs on the Club’s website or in a Newsletter to members. These may include the names and/or images of participants. Your membership is consent to this, however you may advise the Club’s Privacy Officer if you do not agree. You may request that your name and/or image be omitted from all publications by advising the Privacy Officer.
