Situated on Waiheke Island a short ferry ride across from Auckland, this 3 bedroomed bach is located directly across the road from the beautiful Oneroa beach. A wonderful location for a beach holiday with a great many vineyards and excellent restaurants a short distance away.
In summer Oneroa Beach is a safe beach popular with swimmers, sunbathers, and beach loving families. Boaties come and go in the Bay all year round, and in winter there are plenty of people walking their dogs on the beach - You can watch it all from the deck overlooking the beach and bay! But if you want a change of scenery jump on a bus to Onetangi Beach – the longest beach on the island and a great place to walk, swim or just and watch the huge waves coming in.
Waiheke is known for its vineyards – there are about 26 of them producing a variety of wines! – many of which are home to award winning winemakers and viticulturists. Take a bus or the Island Hop-on Hop-off bus and stop off for wine tastings wherever the fancy takes you! Many of the vineyards have beautiful gardens and excellent restaurants attached. If you have a car venture further afield – there are so many vineyards to choose from, as well as Olive Groves and craft distilleries to visit.
The energetic may choose to walk some of the magnificent tracks on the Te Ara Hura Trail with its spectacular views and walks through native forest. If you’re an adrenaline junky try zip lining across the native bush! Other activities on the Island include kayaking, paddleboarding, jet skiing, cycling and much more.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people - Bed 1 : 1 queen bed Bed 2 : 2 singles and bunk bed (two singles), Bed 3 : 2 singles.
The Bach is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.

A full range of groceries are available from Four Square and the specialist Island Grocer situated in the Oneroa main street a short walk along the road and up the public walkway, and there well-stocked bottle store there too. A Countdown supermarket is situated in Ostend ten minutes away by car.
